To make the most out of your move I recommend having a net worth of $65,000-$75,000 first. If you followed my previous article your Sim is probably living in a nice starter home with great kitchen and bedroom objects, possibly an upgraded bathroom, and most likely a few entertainment items (TV, computer, etc.).
